Drag the gradient tool from right to left to create a smooth fade effect.
Unhide the leaf layer from the layer palette.
Select the torn edge light gray layer. In layer palette double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Populate the navigation panel by typing link names and add a bullet by using a font like webdings or wingdings.
